Summer Camp - Register

Our 2026 all-inclusive rate is $855. Camp is open to children ages 8-14.

We are full for the summer of 2026. Please sign up for the waitlist. In case a spot opens up, we will reach out to you!

  • Session 1   June 7 - June 12

  • Session 2   June 14 - June 19

  • Session 3   June 21 - June 26

  • Session 4   June 28 - July 3

  • Session 5   July 5 - July 10

  • Session 6   July 12 - July 17

Registration Portal

  • No payment or cabinmate requests until February

  • The holding room opens 15 minutes before registration to manage site traffic. Anyone on the registration site during the time will be placed into a pre-queue. When registration officially opens, everyone in the pre-queue is randomly assigned a spot in line. Your browser receives a “ticket” (cookie) that securely holds your place in the queue. DON’T refresh your browser!

    While waiting, you’ll see your position in line and progress toward entry.

    When it’s your turn, you’ll be automatically admitted into the registration portal.

    Visitors who arrive after registration officially opens, are placed in the queue on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Our 2026 all-inclusive rate is $855. Camp is open to children between the ages of 8-14.

  • If you see a waitlist, go ahead and sign up for that session, and we will let you know your status on the waitlist.  If you are trying to come with a group of friends, consider looking for a different session you can attend together.

    Approximately half of our campers attend camp alone or with a sibling. There is a lot of value for your child for attending a different session than all of their friends and learning to make new friends. We are professionals at helping kids make new friends. The bond of camp is instant, profound, and lasting.

  • Limited scholarships and financial assistance are available.  Scholarship Information can be found on this blog post “6 Ways to Make Camp More Affordable!”

  • Camp Arrowwood serves families with different abilities to pay. Our goal is to make Arrowwood affordable to everyone through camperships. If you are interested in providing funds, you can do so on your online registration or by contacting us.

Camp Payment & Cancelation Policy

Camp is an investment in your child’s future. We aim to dedicate the most energy and time to preparing for your child’s summer rather than tracking down payments. If you have questions about our payment schedule and policy, please text or email us.  

2026 Total camp cost is $855

Important Dates:

  • March 1st: $150 Non-refundable deposit due. Registrations without a deposit will be canceled. 

  • May 1st: Total Payment and Health Forms Due

    Cancellation - Refund Dates

  • March 1st - May 1st: Cancellations made during this period will receive a full refund of camp tuition, minus the non-refundable $150 deposit

  • After May 1st: No refunds after May 1st, except for family emergencies
