The holding room opens 15 minutes before registration to manage site traffic. Anyone on the registration site during the time will be placed into a pre-queue. When registration officially opens, everyone in the pre-queue is randomly assigned a spot in line. Your browser receives a “ticket” (cookie) that securely holds your place in the queue. DON’T refresh your browser!

While waiting, you’ll see your position in line and progress toward entry.

When it’s your turn, you’ll be automatically admitted into the registration portal.

Visitors who arrive after registration officially opens, are placed in the queue on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our 2026 all-inclusive rate is $855. Camp is open to children between the ages of 8-14.

If you see a waitlist, go ahead and sign up for that session, and we will let you know your status on the waitlist.  If you are trying to come with a group of friends, consider looking for a different session you can attend together.

Approximately half of our campers attend camp alone or with a sibling. There is a lot of value for your child for attending a different session than all of their friends and learning to make new friends. We are professionals at helping kids make new friends. The bond of camp is instant, profound, and lasting.

Camp Arrowwood serves families with different abilities to pay. Our goal is to make Arrowwood affordable to everyone through camperships. If you are interested in providing funds, you can do so on your online registration or by contacting us.
