Location: Camp Arrowwood
Dates: 7 weeks (includes paid training)
Compensation: Weekly salary + room & board + mentorship + weekends off (Fri night-Sun morning)

Counselors are the heart of Camp Arrowwood. You’ll live, play, teach, and worship alongside campers… helping them grow in faith, friendship, and confidence. From brackfast, chapel, tracks, cabin devotions to campfires, you’ll be a leader, mentor, and role model 24/6.

You’ll:

• Supervise 14 campers per cabin ages 8-14 throughout the week

• Lead and participate in camp activities and tracks

• Build meaningful relationships

• Guide cabin devotions and encourage spiritual growth

• Ensure campers’ safety, health, and have fun

This is for you if…

• You have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to disciple others

• You’re 18+ and ready for seven weeks of outdoor ministry

• You love working with kids and helping them discover new skills

• You’re willing to unplug: Camp life is full of face-to-face moments (no screens!)
